Really anything that will get their bodies moving!.That is why I decided to put ‘Be Active’ and ‘Be Creative’ versus more specific things or even list ideas underneath the words. I created more of a checklist schedule because my kids love to mark checkboxes off as they complete their tasks throughout the day! All of my kids will work at a different pace and may even choose to do their daily tasks in different orders.
